This book has not been produced for commercial purposes, but to help teachers and coaches responsible for promoting swimming. Its aim is far more modest: to make non-specialists aware, in a pedagogical way, of the main teaching and training methods for a group of beginner swimmers. It does not aim to cover and analyze, in an exhaustive way, all the characteristics and particularities of teaching this sport.
