Women s presence in the entrepreneurial society can §be discussed and studied through the driving forces §that motivated their choices and their unique §qualities which eventually lead them to the choice §of their profession. The fundamental knowledge about §women s business engagement is open for development §parallel to the enhancement of the business climate, §not only in Sweden and for that matter in Nybro (a §town located in the south-east of Sweden, where the §study in this book was carried out), but also in the §entrepreneurial society as a whole. §§As presented in this book, women s participation in §the trade industry is not anymore neglected. Thus, §women and their dynamic business engagement deserve §the attention necessary for a deeper understanding §of Entrepreneurial Businesswomen (EBW).
